maker Mercedes-Benz's AMG family got its new member in the form of the SLC43 on Tuesday. The very first Mercedes-AMG to be christened with the '43' nomenclature, the roadster has been priced at Rs 77.5 lakhs . Officially, the SLC43 is the successor to the SLK55 AMG.
The biggest change in the car comes under the hood with the 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 replacing the outgoing naturally-aspirated V8. The renewed power plant churns out 376PS of maximum power and 520Nm of peak torque. From dead halt, the car races to 100kmph in 4.7 seconds while the three-pointed star brand has rated its top speed at 250kmph.
